The key to the Brazilian butt lift with liposuction: Making the waist slightly smaller than the hips creates a curvy figure. In the before photos the diameter of the waste and the diameter of the hip are very similar. By taking away volume in the waist and adding volume to the hips I have created a very nice curvy figure in the after photographs
