Cancellation Policy

To schedule a surgery date a non-refundable Deposit of $1000 is required.

Payment for Cosmetic Surgery is expected 14 days prior to the scheduled procedure date. If you cancel your procedure, cancellation fees will be handled as follows:

CANCELLATION 7 DAYS OR LESS FROM YOUR PROCEDURE DATE WILL RESULT IN 25% LOSS OF ALL FEES

Medical Labs and Clearance shouldn’t be older than 20 days prior date of surgery. Results should be Fax to (305) 754-0758.
