Fly-In for Surgery

Out of town patients are very welcome in our offices, you should get started by sending Dr. Perry an email to: wendellperrymd@gmail.com include three pictures of yourself from the neck down, just wearing your bikini bottoms or a thong, one from the front, one from the side and one from the back, if possible extend your arms to the side like an airplane. We also need to know your height, weight and age.

Include your information, phone number and details about the procedure you want to have done. He will answer you as soon as possible, but since he does this personally, please have a little patience to hear from him. He usually writes at night or on the weekends. After you receive his answer I can set up a phone consultation between the two of you so you may ask any additional questions you might have. When you decide to have your surgery with Dr. Perry I could help you with accommodations and give you several options for your aftercare and therapy.
