Patient Details
This patient had a breast lift with a 325 mL silicone gel implant. This was done some years ago and the patient wanted the implant removed. The difficult part of this procedure is to remove an implant without replacing a new implant and create cleavage. This patient had the implant removed an internal breast lift with fat transfer to the upper pole to aid in the creation of cleavage.
