Patient Details
This patient had a breast reconstruction using an implant and fat transfer to the breast. 800 cc silicone implant was placed on the right side following a mastectomy. The fat transfer was done to the upper pole of the right breast. The upper outer quadrant and the upper 1/3 of the breast were injected to enhance the cleavage. Fat injection over the implant does a good job of improving cleavage in the patient.
