Patient Details
This is a patient who had complications of infection after bilateral breast reconstruction. Her left side was painful, tender to the touch in the upper in a quadrant. This patient also had pain when she moved her left arm.
This patient had a revision of the left breast reconstruction, release of the scar tissue, fat transfer to the bilateral breast with the abdomen.
After surgery, the patient had full range of motion of the left arm without pain and the pain in tenderness in the right breast upper and quadrant was no longer present.
