Patient Details
This patient had a facelift but had problems with stretch scars around the ear and scars that deform the ear. The facelift was revised the scars excised in the ears repositioned to a more normal location. Fat transfer was also done to the cheeks and lower lid in order to improve symmetry and the appearance of the cheeks
