Short scar press reduction with the central pedicle and dermal sling. The short scar means there is no horizontal scar under the breast. The central pedicle means the extra breast tissue is removed from the side of the breast. In the dermal sling means I use an internal hammock of skin to support the breast for better shape and more longevity.
