This patient had a common error with the previous breast augmentation. The implants were placed too far medially in an attempt to create cleavage instead of being centered behind the nipple. This makes the nipples point out especially on the right side. When you look at her there is very little implant lateral to the nipple on the right side. The implants were exchanged centered in the correct location with a larger high-profile silicone gel implants.
