Removal of a breast implant creates a specific problem of loss of cleavage, a flat upper pole. This is a difficult problem to solve but fat transfer the breast is a new procedure that can solve this problem and create a proposal fullness. This is a patient only had a small amount of donor fat but the shape of the breast was improved with fat transferred to the breast and upper pole.
