This is a patient had liposuction fat transfer done by another surgeon and was. not happy with her results. She wanted a natural shape buttocks and a leaner look. Liposuction was done to the abdomen, waist, back and the top half of the buttocks with fat transfer to the bottom half of the buttocks and proximal thigh.
