Patient Details

This is a patient who had a right breast reconstruction who had expanders in place. The expanders were removed and permanent implants placed. Patient had fat transferred to the breast with the abdomen as a donor site. The fat transfer improves the cleavage and helps to improve the thickness covering the implant.
