Patient Details
This patient has more cleavage after surgery without an implant than she had with the 350 mL implant in place. This cleavage was created with internal suturing and fat transferred to the. upper pole of the breast. Liposuction of her abdomen was used to obtain donor fat. Instead of having a lifetime replacing a breast implant every 10 years she will never need another surgery.
